Michelle Martorell is an award-winning graphic designer with a broad consumer, retail, tourism, B2B, and B2C design background, and over 22 years experience in all aspects of advertising with a concentration in branding, content creation and web design. For 8 years she was the Creative Director at Archer Communications, a Rochester, NY advertising agency. With her creative leadership and management of the graphic and web development teams she helped lead Archer to multiple awards and recognition.
She created Creative Ideology as the next step in her career, giving her freedom to pursue new opportunities, and helping clients reach their audience with her experience, and an expandable team of professional freelancers locally and across the U.S.
